My Story

I have over 23 years high school and AAU basketball coaching in San Diego.  Currently, I am the boy's varsity head coach at Valley Center High School and SDA AAU 17U Gold varsity head coach.  My strengths are with player development specializing in fundamental skill building while emphasizing strength and conditioning.  I am in expert in running drills including offensive, defensive, dribbling, rebounding, & mental toughness.  An expert in fundraising, I have great success raising funds to allow for teams to participate in tournaments, travel, and uniform purchase.  As a college recruitment specialist, I assist players with eligibility and highlight creation, interviewing clinics, college visits, and more.

I am married with three daughters, my eldest who graduated from Christian High this year and, after receiving 7 offers to play college basketball, decided to attend East Texas Baptist University this fall where she will be #33 on their team.
